Unraveling who you are – patterns and origins
Who you are is shaped by everything you’ve experienced. Your reaction patterns once arose for a reason: to adapt, protect, or stay standing. Sometimes those patterns unconsciously take over. You notice it in recurring tensions, relationships that get stuck, or choices you later don’t recognize in yourself.
In coaching, we bring clarity to that.
We slow down so you can begin to distinguish what is truly yours — and what you once took on from your family, your environment, or past experiences.
I do this using techniques that help organize your inner world: from working with parts (such as Voice Dialogue) to taking a systemic look at origin and context.
Sometimes we explore underlying beliefs and positions through Transactional Analysis.
Other times, it’s the stillness, the presence in the now, that creates a shift.
We don’t just look at the ‘what’, but also at the ‘how’.
Which patterns are keeping themselves in place?
What is seeking control, and what can you let go of?
By adding this layer of awareness, movement becomes possible.
Then you can choose again — with more freedom, more precision, and greater loyalty to yourself.
